Vik's 5-Star Dinner on 12/28/2009

What a great dinner with friends and family! French Chef Vikram "Vic" Patel prepared a superb 5-Star dinner of Coq au Vin with Creme Brulee. It was also visiting University of Iowa Professor Sun Qian's birthday. Sun Qian is here this year from China. She and Elizabeth Shores were roommates in Shanghai last year and have become good friends. Attending were Chef Vikram Patel, Elizabeth Shores, Sun Qian, Paula Fields, Carissa Fields, Gator J. Gaynor, and Diana Shores. Chef Vic is in great demand but plans to be back soon with more gourmet meals and cooking lessons! Elizabeth will also be back to give us more in-depth knowledge about the fantastic gourmet cheeses that she selected from around the world.
